I’ve used many, many moisturisers and face creams over the years. Especially being in a trade, my face gets cracked and dry with the kinda work I carry out. Being a Glasgow Warriors fan, an ad for this came up (for obvious reasons lol) and I admit I was skeptical. I initially thought what a cute way to advertise your product, by showing highlights of you hanging out with the Scottish Messi, some videos of how it’s made etc. but is it actually any good?

Well this went on for a few months, seeing these same ads, so I thought what the heck, support local Scottish businesses, was a fan of Adam growing up a young man and all that jazz, convincing myself I’m morally doing the right thing buying a product, rather than buying a product for what it is.

And boy, was I wrong to do so. Like I said, I’ve used face creams etc for years, the Mrs thinks herself a bit of a skincare guru with her late night skin care routine (roughly 35 minutes of her slapping her face with anything she can find) so I’ve been prone to getting the same facial abuse from time to time when she decides.

Now, saying all that, the first application of using the NX1 made my face feel better than any 35 minute beauty routine, made my face feel far richer and weirdly more flexible, if that makes sense? My face feels hydrated all day, it also doesn’t leave a shiny glow or greasy look (sure it does for the first half hour of application) but after the air hits it, it gives off an invisible shield over your skin ready to combat any dry air or substances you encounter during the day.

It’s also great at night time just before bed. It took some convincing to get the Mrs to try it, as she’s very paranoid about what she sticks on her face due to the odd occasion of breaking out into spots. When I had challenged her to a bet she’d like it, she applied it when she had a wee break out. She was gobsmacked to see after one application her face had started to naturally clear up.

I probably sound like I’m overselling this now, but honestly what a great natural product. Dare I say I’m addicted, and as I’m typing this review, cannot wait for bed time to get my nightly application on.

I have spent a fortune over the years on skincare products but this stuff is amazing 👏. To be fair, it is a little greasy when first applied to your skin but by morning it has soaked in and my skin feels soft and plump. I also use the body balm and recently I have used it on new tattoos and it works a treat. I rub the balm on my feet morning and night and they feel amazing 👏. Highly recommend 👌 ☺️. I have been using this face balm/ body balm for just over 3 weeks! And I love it my skin feels great and I have lovely glow to my skin all over! My fine line are less noticeable. So glad I bought the bundle package. Will definitely be ordering more.
